We collect only the information necessary to provide, improve, and secure the App and Services, and we do not collect more information than is reasonably required. The information we collect falls into the following categories:
1.1 Personal Information You Voluntarily Provide
This is information you choose to share with us when using the App and Services, including but not limited to:
- Account Information: When you create an account, you may provide a username, email address, password, and (optionally) a profile photo. This information is used to authenticate your account and provide personalized access to the Services.
- Chat and Interaction Data: All messages, conversations, and interactions between you and the App’s AI companions, including your preferences, customizations (e.g., AI personality settings), and feedback you provide about the AI’s responses. This data is used to personalize your experience and improve the AI’s performance.
- Optional Information: Any additional information you choose to share, such as your interests, hobbies, or preferences for the AI’s behavior, to enhance your interaction with the App.

When you use the App and Services, we may automatically collect certain non-identifiable and identifiable information about your usage, including but not limited to:
- Device Information: Details about your device, such as device model, operating system (iOS or Android), device ID, IP address, and browser type. This information helps us ensure the App is compatible with your device and resolve technical issues.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including the features you access, the duration of your sessions, the frequency of your interactions, and any errors or crashes you encounter. This data is used to analyze usage patterns, improve the App’s functionality, and optimize the user experience.
- Analytics Data: We may use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics) to collect data about App usage, which helps us understand user behavior and make data-driven improvements to the Services. This data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We do not actively collect personal information from third parties, except when you choose to sign up or log in to the App using a third-party account (e.g., Apple ID, Google Account). In such cases, we only collect the information that the third party makes available to us (e.g., your name and email address) with your explicit consent, and we use this information solely to authenticate your account and provide the Services. We do not access or collect any additional information from your third-party account without your permission.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following legitimate purposes, in compliance with applicable privacy laws and with your consent where required:
- To Provide and Maintain the Services: To operate the App, deliver the AI companions interaction features, and ensure the Services are functional, secure, and accessible.
- To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor the AI’s responses, behavior, and recommendations to your preferences, chat history, and usage patterns, ensuring a more engaging and personalized interaction.
- To Improve the App and Services: To analyze usage data, identify areas for improvement, update the AI model, fix bugs, and enhance the overall quality and functionality of the App. This includes using chat history and interaction data to refine the AI’s performance, without identifying individual users where possible.
- To Ensure Security and Compliance: To protect the App, your account, and our users from unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or other illegal activities; to enforce our User Agreement and this Policy; and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the requirements of Apple’s App Store and Google’s Google Play Store.
- To Communicate with You: To send you important notifications (e.g., account updates, security alerts, changes to this Policy or the User Agreement), and to respond to your questions, feedback, or support requests.
We do not use your personal information for any purpose not explicitly stated in this Policy, and we do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data to third parties for advertising, profiling, or any other commercial purposes.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances, in compliance with Apple’s and Google’s data sharing requirements for third-party AI services:
- With Your Explicit Consent: We will only share your personal information with a third party if you have given us explicit consent to do so. Before sharing any data, we will clearly disclose what data will be sent, identify the third party receiving the data, and obtain your permission.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party service providers to help us operate, maintain, and improve the App and Services (e.g., cloud hosting providers, analytics tools, customer support services). These third parties act solely as data processors on our behalf, are bound by strict confidentiality obligations, and are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing the services we request. For example, we may use Google Cloud Vertex AI to securely process user messages to provide AI-powered features; Google Cloud acts solely as a data processor and does not use this data to train its models.
- To Comply with Law or Legal Obligations: We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
- In the Event of a Merger or Acquisition: If we are acquired by, merged with, or sell all or part of our assets to another company, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring company, but we will ensure that the acquiring company complies with this Policy and applicable privacy laws.
We do not share your chat history, interaction data, or personal information with advertisers, ad networks, or data brokers.
4. Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction. These safeguards include:

- Device and Usage Data: Retained for a reasonable period of time to analyze usage patterns, improve the App, and resolve technical issues. This data is anonymized after a certain period, so it no longer identifies you.

We will respond to your request within a reasonable period of time and delete your information in compliance with applicable law.

- Ensuring that data safety declarations (Google Play) and app privacy labels (Apple App Store) accurately reflect the App’s data practices.
